With the generous help of Christine McElhiney from the Information Technology Department for the Town of North Andover, the NAHS Guidance Department scholarship program is available using PeopleForms.

Highlights of the scholarship application process:

- Students will review the scholarships in our program and determine the ones they wish to apply.

-  They will then complete a NAPS - NAHS Scholarship Program Student Information Form which will be used to pre-populate student data onto each scholarship application on their list.

-  Once this form is completed, the student can then start applying to EACH scholarship they have identified.

The program will be accessible only to North Andover High School seniors from Friday, February 12, 2021 until Monday, March 15, 2021 at midnight, at which time the link to the program will be taken off-line.

Recipients of these scholarships will be announced at our annual Scholarship Knight for seniors reception and ceremony at the high school, scheduled for Wednesday, June 2, 2021 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.

There are two categories of scholarships, Sections A and B.

Section A scholarship recipients will be selected by the NAHS Guidance Scholarship Committee based on specific criteria provided by each donor and posted under the scholarship description.

Section B scholarship recipients are selected by the donors, based on the specific criteria also posted under each scholarship description.

Several of our scholarships require a transcript. Please email Grazia Donohoo at donohoog@nak12.com or Debbie Conti at contid@nak12.com for an electronic copy of your transcript in PDF format.

When you receive your transcript, save it to your desktop as a PDF and use it when asked to upload a transcript for Section B scholarships.

Note that all transcript requests must be made through email.

Requests for transcripts will be accepted between February 12, 2021 and March 12, 2021 only.

If you have any questions about our scholarship program, please contact Grazia Donohoo at donohoog@nak12.com or Debbie Conti at contid@nak12.com.

  • Click on the icon to get detailed information on each scholarship including a description and the basis for which recipients will be selected.

  • Write down the names of the scholarships for which you are eligible and would like to apply. This will save you time.

  • Note that some scholarships have additional requirements such as essays, transcripts, and resumes. There will be instructions on how to upload these documents on each scholarship application requiring them.

  • Proceed to Step 2.

   STEP 2:

  • Click on the black bar to access the Student Information Form.

  • BEFORE you press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the Student Information Form you will be required to enter a PIN #. We recommend using the last four digits of your social security # so it is easy to remember. If you do not have a social security #, enter any four digits, and write them down so you remember them.

  • Once you have submitted the NAHS Scholarship Student Information Form you will receive an email with a personal link. This link will allow you to return to your form and start applying for scholarships and manage your applications at any time.

  • You need to complete a Student Information Form one time only.

  • Proceed to Step 3.

   STEP 3:

  • To start applying for scholarships, go to the bookmarked link to your Student Information Form that you received in your email.

  • You will enter the financial information for each college separately.

  • To begin applying for your scholarships, go to the drop down menu and click on the first scholarship you would like to apply to. Each scholarship has different requirements, so you must apply for them one at a time.

  • Click on the icon to apply for the scholarship you have selected. The scholarship application will then appear.

  • Any field with an * is a required field. If you do not complete the field, you will not be able to submit your application.

  • For those scholarships that require additional items, there will be an "Upload" button to upload a PDF of these items. If you do not upload the required documents you will not be able to apply for the scholarship you have selected.

  • If you have created your additional documents in Google Docs, please convert them to a PDF in your Google Drive before uploading. Go to "File", then click on "Download as" and then click on PDF. You can then upload the PDF to your application.

  • If the scholarship requires a recommendation, follow the instructions in the scholarship description.

  • Once your application is complete, click on the "Signature" button at the bottom of the page.

  • You will need to re-validate your PIN # each time you apply for or update a scholarship.

  • Don't forget to press "Submit".

  • The scholarships you apply for will appear under the heading, "My Scholarship Applications" on your Student Information Form.

  • To apply for additional scholarships, go back to the Scholarship drop-down menu and repeat instructions under Step 3.
